The Huila region is currently one of the most famous among fans of specialty coffee. There are very good conditions for cultivation. The Ñañez family takes very good care of their plantation, regenerating plants and cutting weeds. They even decided to set up their own coffee nursery and start restoring the plantations from their own resources. This is because they have discovered several quality varieties among the shrubs, such as Bourbon Pimenta, which they would like to grow in larger quantities.
Thanks to the natural conditions and the quality of the soil, which is rich in nutrients, the coffee of the Ñañez family is characterised by its softness and balance with tones of citrus, flowers and medium acidity.
We have this coffee thanks to cooperation with Czech importers Chicas Industry. They are building a long-term sustainable relationships and connections between the world of farmers in produceing countries and European roasters.
