Albeiro Granados and his family produce this amazing microlot at Finca El Bosque. To get the amazing cup quality, only the ripe cherries are picked and processed. The process began by fermenting the cherries in the grain pro bags for 48 hours. The cherries are then de-pulped, washed and dried on raised beds until they reach the ideal moisture content.
Albeiro’s coffee gained some attention when his coffee got second place in the regional competition in 2018. Since then he has been dedicated to producing more high scoring specialty coffee.
Lastly, Albeiro is also a member of ASOPEP Cooperative since 2015 and certified FTO coffee producer since 2016.
