This organic coffee comes from farmer Miguel Angel Paz, who owns El Pitarrillo. The farm covers an area of about 1250 meters above sea level and has an area of 7 hectares. Miguel has owned the farm for 25 years and has grown different varieties to compare their cultivation characteristics and the quality of the resulting coffee. You can try one of these interesting varieties – lempira arabica – which is processed by the experimental technique of anaerobic fermentation. Thanks to this, you can enjoy very deep tastes and aromas of grapes, cherry liqueur and chocolate.
